Darie S. Gilliam, FNP-BC, has been the Clinical Director for PCPFHF for the past 12 years. She graduated from nursing school in 1978, Received a Bachelors in the Science of Nursing in 1989, a Masters in the Science of Nursing from University of Miami in 1991 and a Post Masters Degree in 1997 as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Northwestern State University, in Louisiana. Clinical experience (from 1978 to present) includes Orthopedics & Neurology, Telemetry, Critical Care, and Family Practice. Certifications include American Nurses Credentialing Center, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse. She moved to Louisiana in 1996 and currently lives in St Francisville with her family. |
