Ginger Hunt is the founder and CEO of Primary Care Providers for a Healthy Feliciana, Inc. and was instrumental in establishing six Federally Qualified Health Centers for rural underserved areas to provide health promotion, health maintenance, health and disease education and illness prevention services. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she served as an instructor and designed curriculum for the Baton Rouge School of Nursing. As Director of Education and Research for East Louisiana State Hospital in Jackson, Louisiana, she was responsible for hospital-wide in-service and continuing education. She is currently a member of the Community Care Quality Committee and served on the Medicaid Health Care Reform Committee for three years. She brings varied experience, proven expertise, and deep commitment to the Community Health Center marketplace. |
