Primary Care, Dental and Mental Health services are available on Mondays from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The clinic is located behind East Feliciana High School off Hwy.10 in Jackson, LA. Walk-ins are welcome or you can call 225-683-1360 for an appointment.
