The health center located at the Jackson School Complex serves 875 Pre-K through 12th grade students, parents, a faculty of about 30, and the community at large. It first opened in 2005 as a school-nurse clinic in a second-floor room within the complex building, but moved into a new modular building in 2007. The staff now consists of a full-time nurse practitioner, registered nurse, medical assistant/receptionist, social worker, and a dentist who visits weekly. Referrals and transportation to RKM clinic are provided as needed.
