Judy is board certified by the American Academy Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been employed at RKM since 2006. She received her basic RN education from Jefferson School of Nursing at Pine Bluff, Arkansas, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in Monroe, Louisiana. and a Master of Science in Nursing from Delta State University at Cleveland, Mississippi. Her past nursing experience includes pediatric oncology, adult oncology, ICU, and geriatrics. She has a special interest in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and is pursuing the Board Certified Advanced Diabetic Manager Certification. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau, Association for Professionals of Infection Control and Epidemiology, and the American Diabetes Association. |
