Qualifications/Skills:

• Post-secondary education in health administration or related field, preferred

• 3+ years of experience in clinical management (ambulatory/clinical setting, preferred)

• Experience related to patient registration, billing, coding and claims reconciliation

• Knowledge of payment programs (Medicare, Medicaid, and other third-party insurance), preferred

• Must be able to communicate, written and verbally, clearly and concisely, in a tactful and pleasant manner

• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and patients to build collaborative relationships

• Ability to create and analyze reports while streamlining registration and billing processes, develop resourceful solutions to problems and make recommendations for corrective action

Job Duties:

 This is a management position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring it runs smoothly.

• Staffing – hiring, training, addressing issues, maintain morale, performance evaluations

• Maintaining clinic within budget guidelines

• Ensure quality of patient care, addressing patient complaints, maintaining privacy and confidentiality, and healthcare accreditation standards.

• Interact professionally and clearly with patients, staff, coworkers and the public

• Follow organizational policies and guidelines to meet goals

Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

Starting Salary Range: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour; up to 3% annual increases
