RKM Primary Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 10 clinics in 5 parishes across southeast Louisiana.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Current RN license in good standing with the State of Louisiana.

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS).

  • Experience working with a complex multi-site, multi-discipline provider EHR system, strongly preferred.

  • Certification in Nursing Informatics (ANCC) or similar, preferred.

  • Familiarity with value-based care programs and clinical quality measures.

  • Prefer experience in a Joint Commission or similarly accredited ambulatory care setting.


Job Duties:

  • Ensure optimal use of the EHR and other clinical platforms through data hygiene oversight, end-user training, reporting, and workflow optimization.

  • Support value-based care, quality improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.

  • Monitor and maintain data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical documentation and structured data elements.

  • Identify data quality issues and collaborate with staff to resolve discrepancies.

  • Develop and deliver platform training to staff.

  • Serve as a Super User for EHR functionality, templates, clinical decision support tools, and reporting dashboards.

  • Providing ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting workflow and system-use challenges.

  • Run and interpret clinical, operational, and quality reports, including, HEDIS, and other value-based care metrics.

  • Design and evaluate workflow changes that support quality, compliance, and patient outcomes.


Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

Starting Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year; up to 3% annual increases
