LPN or RN, Behavioral Health

RKM Primary Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center with 10 clinics in 5 parishes
Job Overview: Our sites qualify for the National Health Service Corps loan repayment program (individual qualifications apply)
Direct Patient Care:
· Verify patient information, obtain vitals & document in EMR
· Interact with patients to obtain medical history & document in EMR
· Ensure all reports/labs are available
· Conduct motivational interviews
· Internal and external referrals
· Follow-up on cancelled/no show appointments
· Coordinate prescription refill and medication administration
· Perform medical assessment and interventions
Qualifications/Skills:
· Current LPN/RN license in good standing with the State of Louisiana (Required)
· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required)
· Prefer experience in behavioral health care
Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

Starting Salary Range: LPN - $18.66 – $24.35 per hour; up to 3% annual increase
RN - $50,230 - $71,240 per year; up to 3% annual increase
