Job Overview: Our sites qualify for the National Health Service Corps loan repayment program (individual qualifications apply)
Patient care: This position delivers behavioral health services in an ambulatory heath setting, as part of a primary care team.
· Differentiate normal from abnormal variations signs and symptoms of mental illnesses
· Order diagnostics, monitor completion, review and interpret results, conduct follow-up
· Develop individualized problem lists and related treatment plan
· Provide appropriate pharmacological management in accordance with clinical practice guidelines
· Perform procedures in accordance with standards of practice and clinical practice guidelines
· Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team of PCPFHF
· Order referrals for on-site services and off-site specialist, monitor completion and outcome
Qualifications/Skills:
· Advanced Practice Registered Nurse currently licensed to practice in the State of Louisiana
· Certification from a formal recognized certifying Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program
· Experience in behavioral health setting and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, preferred
· Current Basic Life Support
Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

Starting Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 per year; up to 3% annual increases with quarterly Provider RVU incentives
