We offer transportation services for our patients to and from appointments scheduled at one of our clinics.
Transportation Schedule:
Monday: Clinton, Slaughter, Jackson, EBR, Port Allen
Tuesday: Livingston, Loranger, Springfield, EBR, Port Allen, Clinton, Jackson, Slaughter
Wednesday: Clinton, Slaughter, Jackson, EBR, Port Allen
Thursday: Livingston, Loranger, Springfield, EBR, Port Allen, Clinton, Jackson, Slaughter
Friday: Clinton, Slaughter, Jackson, EBR, Port Allen
To schedule transportation, please call the clinic where your appointment is scheduled.
If you have have not set up an appointment, please call 844-RKM-4YOU. Patients must have an appointment scheduled before transportation can be arranged.
Transportation is scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Patients must be able to walk to and from the transportation vehicle. Minors must be accompanied by an adult and no longer require a car seat or booster seat.
